1. Reservations & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• All bookings must be made through our official website: www.ExclusiveJax.com
• Pricing includes rental time, required safety equipment, and pre-ride safety orientation.
• Promotional rates, group packages, and seasonal specials may have unique terms.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Check-In Requirements
To participate in any rental, all renters must:
• Present a valid government-issued photo ID
• Sign a liability waiver prior to operating or riding
• Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time
• Meet all boating safety requirements (see below)
Late arrivals may result in shortened ride time. No-shows forfeit their reservation.
3. Age Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older to rent or operate a JetCar or personal watercraft.
• Operators ages 14–17 may only drive with a responsible adult present and in accordance with Florida law.
• All operators must demonstrate ability to safely control the vessel during orientation.
4. Florida Boater Safety Requirement
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires you to possess a valid Boater Safety Education Card.

Failure to present valid certification may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Weight & Capacity Limits
• Maximum combined passenger weight per vessel: 500 lbs
• Maximum occupancy: 2 passengers per JetCar unless otherwise specified
• Exceeding weight limits may result in cancellation without refund due to safety concerns.
6. Safety & Conduct Policy
Your safety is our top priority.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water.
• Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Reckless operation, excessive speeding, dangerous maneuvers, wake jumping, or failure to follow instructor guidance will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Exclusive Watersports reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety reasons.
7. Weather Policy
Florida weather can change quickly.
• Rentals may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
• Light rain does not automatically cancel reservations.
• Once a ride has begun, no refunds will be issued due to weather unless determined unsafe by management.
• Management reserves sole discretion on weather-related decisions.
8. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made within the time frame stated during booking.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Failure to meet safety, ID, or certification requirements is not grounds for refund.

9. Damage & Liability
• Renters are financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
• A signed waiver is required prior to participation.
• By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of water sports and release Exclusive Watersports & Rentals LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Media & Photography
Exclusive Watersports may capture photo or video content during your experience.
• Media may be used for promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to appear in marketing materials, you must notify us in writing prior to your ride.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Exclusive Watersports reserves the right to:
• Cancel reservations
• Refuse service
• Terminate rentals
…if any safety rule, legal requirement, or policy is violated.
