Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy – Exclusive Watersports

• At Exclusive Watersports, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy prior to booking:
  Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
• Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event that a ride must be canceled due to inclement weather-either projected or occurring at the time of the appointment-customers will be permitted to reschedule their experience.
• Local Customers (within 50 miles of zip code 32218) have up to six (6) months from the original appointment date to reschedule.
• Non-Local Customers (outside of the 50-mile radius) have up to one (1) year from the original appointment date to reschedule.
• Refunds: Please note that no refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Exclusive Watersports Right to Cancel

Exclusive Watersports reserves the right to cancel any appointment without refund under the following conditions:

• The guest arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• The guest was born on or after January 1, 1988 and has not completed the mandatory Florida Boating Safety Course, as required by law.

It is the responsibility of each participant to arrive in a sober condition and with all legally required certifications. No exceptions will be made.
