Your Groupon will be validated at the time of booking.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Visit Our Website
Go to exclusivejax.com.
2. Select Your Ride Experience
Scroll through the options and choose the experience that matches your Groupon.
Click the “Book Now” button next to it.
3. Choose a Date & Time
Pick your desired date, then scroll down to view available time slots.
Click “Show more suggestions” if you want to see more time options.
4. Enter Booking Information
• Select your departure date, ride duration, and number of JetCars (maximum 2).
• Under the price section, look for the Coupon field.
• Enter the word: Groupon.
You’ll see a discount applied, confirming your Groupon is being used.
5. Complete Your Booking
Click “Book Now” to continue.
You will need to enter a credit or debit card to finalize the booking.
Note: You won’t be charged. The card is held for damage coverage only.
6. Submit Your Redemption Groupon Code
In the Customer Notes section, enter your Groupon redemption code (six digit code or screenshot the bar code and text it to 1-888-699-2924).
Please Note:
• Your Groupon will be redeemed on the day of your scheduled ride, even if you don’t show up.
• We do not charge a deposit, but effective June 10, 2025, all customers are required to purchase insurance for $20 that covers them in case of any damages up to $1000.
• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
